NOLA APA would like to make everyone aware of the changes coming soon, effective Summer session 2020. This change will also be reflected in the NOLA APA by-laws under 12-4 Divisional Playoff Format.

(8-16) Team Division:

-High Point finisher advances to City Cup (no playoffs)

-2^nd vs. Wildcard (winner advances to City Cup)

-3^rd vs. 6^th (winner advances to City Cup)

-4^th vs. 5^th (winner advances to City Cup)

(5-7) Team Division 

-High Point finisher advances to City Cup (no playoffs)

-2^nd vs. Wildcard (winner advances to City Cup)

-3^rd vs. 4^th (winner advances to City Cup)

(4) Team Division

-1st vs. Wildcard (winner advances to City Cup)

Note:

*Byes DO NOT count as teams

*Playoffs for 8 & 9 ball will only be 1 week

*Wildcard will be a blind draw (EXCLUDES teams with 7 or more forfeits)

*There is no longer a 2^nd chance bracket for divisions

Division Playoff Formats - Ladies & Masters

 (5 or more) Team Division 

-High Point finisher advances to WPQ (World Pool Qualifier/Regionals)

-2^nd vs. Wildcard (winner advances to playoff finals)

-3^rd vs. 4^th (winner advances to playoff finals)

-Division playoff finals will be winner of 2^nd/Wildcard vs. 3/4

-Winner of division playoffs will advance to WPQ

(4) Team Division

-1^st vs Wildcard (winner advances to WPQ)
